I like:

-traveling (I have been to many states, England, Germany, Austria, france, Japan and have lived in China)
-my job (I am an architect, mostly designing buildings in the GTA but some in Europe, Asia and the UEA)
-my family and friends
-animals (I especially like birds and have an anti social parrot)
-music, both my ipod and turntable (vinyl hunting is so much fun!) I also play some instruments, sometimes not very well :)
-photography and spending hours in the dark room (yes, I still use film along with digital)
-proper spelling and grammar. Text talk is annoying when you aren't writing from a phone. "ur" is like nails on a chalk board for me so if you want to write me please attempt to spell things out. (you wouldn't believe how many guys still don't do this!)
-reading. I am a voracious reader and usually have more then one book on the go. (Bonus points if you don't have to look up the word voracious in a dictionary, double points if you have used the word in an everyday conversation!)
-dancing (I did ballet for years but now mostly just boogie down in my living room or in my kitchen while making dinner. Sometimes I am known to venture out to a club)
-karate and tai chi
-lazy summer days at my families cottage
-wine and good conversation
-day trips
-scrabble
-spontaneity (more accurately, my favorite thing is planned spontaneity. It sounds weird but trust me, it makes sense!)
-personal messages, not a cut and paste job sent to half the girls on the site.

What I want:

In general, someone with enough similarities that we have some common ground but with enough differences to keep things interesting. Tall is also good!
